This page will grow when I take the head off the little feller to se if any damage came of it.
I did let it cool down a long time and opened the cock on the bottom no water. Woops!!
I filled it up with water and checked for external leeks.
It started a little harder than normal. Once running it ran fine.
I don't recommend this on any engine. It is not the first time this has ever happened I would think.
The moral of the story is watch your water level !!
These engines are a little short of water capacity
To quote Charley Brown " I killed it !!
I really didn't.
This is not recommended but there was no overt damage after 1/2 hr under load with no water.
No Leaks
No Cracks No Scores

Perfect !! had very nice cross hatch in cylinder
